SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping timeframes are provided by the shipping company and are under no circumstances a guarantee from Somerscents. All information provided to the customer about shipping, location, ETA, or any other information provided to the customer is done so by the shipping company. (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Somerscents targets an order processing time of under 48 hours (not including Saturday or Sunday) before leaving product with a shipping merchant. This is a target and not a guarantee. Things such as supply chain disruptions, supplier shortages, natural disasters, or other situations affecting Somerscents or its suppliers may inhibit the ability to process orders in the targeted timeframe. Somerscents will always make a reasonable attempt to process orders in the targeted time frame so long as doing so does not impose any undue hardship to Somerscents in doing so.
